New for Irish business

Your next customer isn’t googling. They’re asking AI.

People now ask ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity which business to pick. The answer names a few trusted businesses, not a page of links to sort through. HelloWorld, based in Waterford, Ireland, helps Irish businesses become one of those names. Plain English, no jargon.

How do we make your business the answer?

1

See what AI says about you

We ask the AI tools about the products and services you offer. Then we show you exactly what comes back, who gets named, and where you stand. In plain English.

2

Fix what’s holding you back

Your website and listings get the signals AI looks for when it decides who to recommend, so it can find you, understand you and trust you.

3

Become the recommendation

When someone asks “who’s the best near me?”, your name is the one that comes back. That’s the new number one spot.

Common questions

What is HelloWorld?

HelloWorld is an Irish service, based in Waterford, that helps small businesses show up in the answers AI assistants give. We check what ChatGPT, Google's AI and Perplexity say about your business today, then fix the things that stop them finding, understanding and trusting you.

Why the name HelloWorld?

"Hello, World!" is the first program almost everyone writes when they learn to code, in any language. If you ever tried a bit of Python or HTML, it was probably the first thing you put on a screen. It marks the moment something new comes to life and introduces itself to the world. AI search is that moment for business: customers are meeting businesses in a completely new way, and every business needs to introduce itself all over again. When a customer asks AI who to choose, we make sure your business is the one that gets to say hello. Say hello to the world with us.

What does the pilot include?

The full programme: a plain-English report on what AI says about you now, the fixes to your website and business listings, and a follow-up check so you can see what changed. In return you tell us what worked and what didn't. That feedback shapes the service.

How much does the pilot cost?

Applying is free and takes about 30 seconds. If we offer you a place, we explain exactly what is involved before you commit to anything. No obligation, no surprises.

How many pilot places are there?

A handful at a time, on purpose. We take on a small number of Irish businesses each round so every one gets direct, personal attention, and we review every application before offering a place. If a round is full, your application joins the list for the next one.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We do the technical work and explain every change in plain English. If you can read an email, you can follow what we are doing and why.

What is AI search optimisation?

AI search optimisation, sometimes called answer engine optimisation (AEO), means making your business easy for AI assistants to find, understand and trust, so they name you when a customer asks for a recommendation. Think of it as SEO for AI answers instead of the old list of links.

Who is behind HelloWorld?

HelloWorld was founded by Bryan Hurley and is based in Waterford, Ireland. The pilot is kept deliberately small so every business gets direct, personal attention.

Founding pilot

Apply for a pilot place.

Before HelloWorld opens properly, a small group of Irish businesses goes through the full programme with us: the AI check, the fixes, the lot. Places are limited and we review every application. If your business is a fit, we’ll be in touch.

Tell us a bit more about your business all optional

Answer whichever of these you like. It helps us shape the pilot around real Irish businesses, and it strengthens your application.

We’ll only use these details to contact you about the pilot and to shape the service. No newsletters, no sharing your info.
